Monday and Friday
Our morning outdoor forest program is for children ages 3 to 6.
Our Monday and Friday programs meet 9am – 1pm.
Our curriculum includes imaginative child-lead play, seasonal songs and puppet stories, nature games and crafts, and exploration of the land.
All our programs require that children arrive dressed appropriately as we experience the elements and changing weather. Children bring their own backpack with a snack and lunch, water-bottle, and a change of clothes if necessary.
Our Programs
Wednesday After School
Our afterschool outdoor forest program is for children ages 5 to 10 (ages may be flexible).
We meet Wednesdays from 1:45pm – 4pm in Lexington.
Our curriculum can include imaginative child-lead play, seasonal stories, nature awareness, games and crafts, and exploration of the land.
This program evolves to the interests of the group. A typical afternoon may include playing by the pond and stream, sliding down a snowy hill, or exploring a vernal pool.
Children dress for the weather and bring their own backpack with a hearty snack, water bottle, and change of clothes.
